The PRIMER Microgallery is pleased to present the work of Philadelphia based photographer Scott Derby for this August's First Friday.
Raised on a steady diet of comic-books, punk rock, video games, and pork roll, egg and cheese sandwiches, Scott Derby escaped the malls and jug-handles of New Jersey to pursue his artistic education in Pennsylvania, never to return to the Garden State. In the 22 years since, he has explored all that the influences of his childhood had to offer, and utilized it in his career as an illustrator/graphic designer. Preview Scott's work here.
